The Statutes of Limitations Reference is a guide to the time limitations set out in the Nebraska Revised Statutes. The Reference is easily searchable using keywords and NRS chapter headings. Each statute of limitation is briefly summarized, followed by the time limit, and then the event from which the time limit is calculated.

In 2019, the NSBA Real Estate Practice Guidelines Committee completed a comprehensive review and update of the Nebraska Title Standards. The update includes both new standards and updates to existing standards.
